Dragonboat/ Wellness Program

A Co-ed program of paddling introduction and fun. Open to anybody above 25 years whether you have paddled before or are wanting to exercise and learn in a social and non competitive environment.
Program will run from June 1st – Sept. 30th. 2 evenings a week Monday and Wednesday. 6:30-8pm
The evenings will consist of Walk/runs in the park (at your own pace). Stretching exercises, paddling instruction and of course getting on the water in the Dragonboat.

Jumpstart Program

This program is geared toward Peewee and Bantam age kids who have paddled previously. It is an early reintroduction to the water before the full summer session begins. The coaches will start participants off at a "stable" pace working with crew boats and as the kids get more comfortable on the water they will work their way down to singles. When the conditions do not permit the group will continue with work-outs and games suitable for this age group. This program is a great way to get a jump on summer fun.
